Fly-over destination tester

Generic external landing for flyover redirects. Displays the outbound token from the query string — no signature verification.

URL pattern

GET /fly-destination/{entryCode}?token={outboundJwt}

entryCode is a label only (e.g. kfc, ww). Add debug=1 for JSON.
